The St Kentigern College Administration Building is an example of seamless management and coordination between architectural, structural and service disciplines.

RCC was the main contractor for this prestigious project. Construction involved the three level St Kentigern administration building which included a trust board office, staff room, senior students cafe, and common area, all of which required the highest degree of finishes. 

RCC worked closely with our other key partners in developing and constructing the site, requiring strong coordination to build to the high quality needed. The design team and project management team worked in tandem throughout the programme to ensure the project's success - this was critical in order to maintain the best possible quality. 

Material samples were frequently used throughout the project and our carefully crafted quality assurance program guaranteed the best results.

RCC’s attention to detail and willingness to help find solutions to issues as they arose was excellent and recognised by all parties. This project called on the knowledge of an experienced contractor who was able to operate in a working school environment, which RCC through their years of experience in the educational sector, were able to provide. The RCC team always made themselves available which helped address any issues that arose promptly and efficiently. RCC delivered an outstanding result for the client and in the process impressed all parties involved with the project.
