Wellbeing

RCC Group is acutely aware of the stress and huge demands associated with the construction industry in New Zealand. The high demands of construction work, business instability, stress associated with a volatile job market, COVID-19 working conditions and can contribute to poor mental health and suicides.

RCC Group have put all senior managers through St John Mental Health First Aid training in order to best equip them for supporting all RCC Group employees.

RCC Group has made Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) available for all employees. EAP Services is New Zealand’s leading employee assistance programme, committed to supporting organisations to enhance the wellbeing and performance of their staff.
