Godfrey Hirst

In working with Godfrey Hirst to construct our programme, we were able to outline critical steps and allow for the regular manufacturing and customer use of the facility whilst construction was completed. 

RCC's site management approach to the Godfrey Hirst project was key in allowing for the normal day-to-day operations to continue uninterrupted, while the new warehouse and head office was built connecting these new buildings to their existing facilities. 

The proposed new warehouse needed to be joined to the existing one, which required high stud extensions. This new warehouse also needed to work within the other siteworks and, car parking and laydown areas. 

RCC built this new extension while in communication with Godfrey Hirst to minimise disruptions; we built next to the existing warehouse then removed the wall separating them to reduce downtime.
