As with any hospital, integrated within the envelope and structure are multiple services which require detailed coordination both within the structure and with multiple other services and seismic supports in the same zones. This is a significant challenge on any healthcare project.

A competent RCC project team with significant healthcare experience was assigned to the project together with carefully selected experienced consultants and subcontractors.

A culture of the full project team – contractor, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants was developed to all work together to identify issues and then resolve prior to construction being affected.
