The project comprised the complete remediation of all exterior facades and roof along with refurbishment of all common areas and decks. This 24 unit apartment building is on an extremely difficult site, RCC's experience was evident in the seamless management of the unique recladding and remediation techniques necessary.
The building is on a very steep sloping site with neighbouring buildings very close on both sides, which meant that unique panelised building panels were needed to be developed by RCC and the project team to allow these elevations to be remediated.
