Alpers Dental

The Alpers Dental project required the seismic upgrade and fitout for a state of the art dental practice within an existing occupied office building. Challenges included maintaining live services in the building and minimising disruption to the other tenants who included a video production company who required absolute quiet during certain hours.

The integration and co-ordination of services into the existing building were key to the success of the project which required completion within a very tight compressed programme. All construction activity was completed in operational building, meaning that fire and safety systems had to remain operational at all times and construction noise was significantly limited to hours set by the recording studio.

The fitout included integration and coordination of specialty services, suppliers and contractors within a very compressed construction programme.
