Stage One

John Burton wanted to consolidate his coffee and tea operations into new offices supplemented by a modern, efficient warehouse.

A sleek, contemporary building was achieved, with attractive inter-linkage of spaces and good visual flow.

The premises also boasts a specialised tasting room for clients to come and taste the different blends of coffee and tea, a highly sensory experience which this space has been designed to enhance.

Stage Two

The multi unit office and warehouse spaces, designed by Gel Architects feature an exposed concrete finish and views across to the Sky Tower, and include there own toilets and kitchenette. The complex has good access to transportation links and is a short drive away from Lunn Ave and the Ellerslie shops. Large windows along the front of the building flood the space with natural light, and the site is fitted out with two air conditioning units, as well as LED lighting, and a quality fit out.

The development has been completed with a much-needed Café in this busy light-industrial area. Clean exterior lines are complimented by a contemporary Café fit-out. Industrial finishes in dark tones and expressed services installations make for an interesting canvas to deliver colorful creative dishes that come alive in this raw space.
